About the service
What trades do you work with? +
Roofing and driveways/patios first. From there we expand into adjacent high-AOV residential exterior trades: conservatories, extensions, fencing, render, tree surgery and landscaping, windows. UK only.
What areas do you cover? +
Nationwide across the UK. We focus initially on the North of England and the Midlands but operate one client per trade per postcode wherever growth-oriented exterior trades businesses are located.
What does the full system include? +
Paid ad campaigns on Meta, with Google added as you scale. Branded landing pages. AI-powered lead qualification with trade-specific knowledge. Pre-qualified appointments booked into your calendar. A full client portal with pipeline visibility, quotes, invoices, job lifecycle, team management, automated follow-ups, sales enablement, and scale-up education. One integrated system.
How is this different from a marketing agency? +
A marketing agency runs your ads for a fee. We run your ads, your landing pages, your lead qualification, your appointment booking, your pipeline, your quoting, your invoicing, your team management, and your scale-up strategy. Then we only get paid when you earn revenue. That is a different business.
About the model
How does the revenue-share model work? +
We get paid a percentage of the revenue the system generates for you. No retainer, no long lock-in. The exact percentage is a strategy call conversation, once we know your numbers. The principle is public: we only earn when you earn.
Is there a long contract or lock-in? +
No long lock-in. We work on a revenue-share model, so we stay incentivised to keep delivering rather than tie you into a contract. Your ad spend goes directly to the ad platforms, not to us.
What counts as 'revenue generated'? +
Revenue you actually collect from jobs that came through the system. We track every lead from first ad click to completed job. Your existing word-of-mouth and directory work is not counted because it did not come through us.
What happens if results are slow in the first month? +
If the system does not produce results, we do not get paid. We have a direct financial incentive to fix it fast. Months 1 to 2 are usually system build and early tuning. Months 3 onwards are when most clients see consistent appointment flow.
About the process
How quickly can you get started after I sign up? +
Onboarding is a 20-minute form. We aim to have your ads, landing page, qualification flow, and portal live within 10 to 14 days of sign-up.
What do I need to provide? +
Your logo, photos of your work, your services and pricing logic, a few details about your area and team, and access to your business assets (Google Business Profile, existing ad accounts). About 20 minutes of your time.
How do I see what is happening with my campaigns? +
Your portal shows you everything in plain English. How much you are spending on ads, how many people are seeing them, how many turn into booked appointments, how many turn into quotes, how many turn into paid jobs. No jargon, no dashboards full of metrics you did not ask for.
What does the portal look like? +
It is installable on your phone like an app. Dashboard, appointments, quotes, invoices, jobs, team, marketing performance. The owner sees everything. Team leaders and employees see only what they need. Designed for how trades businesses actually work.
About exclusivity
What if my area is already taken? +
We will tell you on the strategy call. You can join the waitlist for that slot if and when it opens. We will not string you along or sign you anyway.
How do you define the area? +
Usually by postcode district (e.g. NG7) or town. We agree the boundary together on the strategy call so it makes sense for your service area and gives you genuine local dominance.
Can I expand my area later? +
Yes. If you grow and want to take on neighbouring postcodes, we expand your slot rather than signing a new client there. Your growth is the priority.
