About the service
What trades do you work with? +
Home exterior trades across the UK: roofing, driveways and patios, landscaping, rendering, windows and doors, conservatories, garage doors, garden rooms, extensions, joinery, UPVC spraying and damp proofing. If yours isn't listed, pick Other on the form and we'll talk it through.
What areas do you cover? +
Nationwide across the UK. We focus initially on the North of England and the Midlands but operate one business per trade, per area wherever growth-oriented exterior trades businesses are located.
What does the full system include? +
Filming your jobs, your ads, your website and landing pages, your Google profile, answering and booking every enquiry, chasing quotes, asking for reviews, and your Steady Diary portal where you see every lead, quote and payment. We map it to your business on the growth call.
How is this different from an agency? +
An agency runs your ads for a monthly fee, whether you grow or not. We run the whole thing, from the first ad to the paid job, and our pay goes up when the work we bring you goes up. That changes how the work gets done, not just who's billing you.
About the model
How does the commission model work? +
We earn a commission on the revenue the system generates for you. No retainer, no long lock-in. The exact commission is a growth call conversation, once we know your numbers. The principle is simple: if your business doesn't grow, we earn nothing.
Is there a long contract or lock-in? +
No long lock-in. We work on commission, earned on the revenue we generate, so we stay incentivised to keep delivering rather than tie you into a contract. Your ad spend goes directly to the ad platforms, not to us.
What counts as 'revenue generated'? +
We agree your starting point before we begin. The customers you had before we started are yours from day one and never counted as ours. Everything the system brings in shows in your portal, and we walk you through exactly how it's counted on the growth call.
What happens if results are slow in the first month? +
Then we fix it fast, because we're paid out of the revenue we bring in. You're live in about two weeks, weeks 3 to 6 are tuning, and by month 3 the diary should be steadier with reviews stacking up.

How quickly can you get started after I sign up? +
Your onboarding link lands the same day you sign, and we book your shoot. You're typically live in about two weeks.
What do I need to provide? +
One call with me, some details about your business (logo, services, prices, area and team), access to your Google Business Profile and ad accounts, and one shoot day where we film your jobs and crew.
How do I see what's happening with my campaigns? +
Your Steady Diary portal shows you everything in plain English: spend, enquiries, quotes, paid jobs. No jargon, no dashboards full of metrics you didn't ask for. We'll give you a proper look on the growth call.
What does the portal look like? +
Installable on your phone like an app, built for how trades businesses actually work rather than a generic dashboard. Easiest to just show you, happy to on the call.
About exclusivity
What if my area is already taken? +
You find out as you apply. The form checks your trade and area before you book a call, and if it's taken you can join the waitlist for when it opens. We won't string you along.
How do you define the area? +
By the towns you cover, written down before you sign. We agree the boundary together so it fits where you actually work.
Can I expand my area later? +
Yes. Your next area is planned with you and added in writing when your diary's ready for it.
